Major Trade In The NFL, New Face On The Cover Of Madden NFL 2021

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New England Patriots have agreed to terms on a trade that would send Tight End Rob Gronkowski and a 7^th round pick to Tampa, with New England getting a 4^th round pick in exchange. Gronk already passed his physical, so he is officially clear to become a Tampa Bay Buccaneer to join his long time quarterback and ex Patriot, Tom Brady.

Also in the NFL, former University of Louisville Quarterback Lamar Jackson has been named to the cover of Madden NFL 2021. In just nine months, Jackson went from being the 24^th ranked quarterback in Madden, to winning league MVP and being the face of the entire game. As for the Madden Curse, Jackson said, "Patrick Mahomes is on the front and he won [Super Bowl] MVP. "I want that curse. I hope that's a curse." In just his second season in the NFL, Jackson has already become the only player in the history of the league to pass for 3000 yards, and rush for 1000 yards in a single season.
