IHSAA GIRLS VOLLEYBALL STATE TOURNAMENT DRAW

Sectional begins Oct 11 at 64 sites across the state

                                   

With 398 teams entered, the match ups for the 51st Annual IHSAA Volleyball State Tournament were announced Sunday evening 

Sectional play begins on Tuesday, Oct. 11, and continues through Saturday, Oct. 15, at 64 sites across the four enrollment classifications.

Those sectional champions will advance to a four-team regional on Saturday, Oct. 22, to be followed by a single semi-state round on Saturday, Oct. 29. The four state championship matches at Ball State University's Worthen Arena are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 5.

In Class 3A, the topranked Providence Pioneers will open tournament action facing Silver Creek in Sectional 30 at Madison Consolidated.

Sectionals Dates: Oct. 11, 13, 15, 2022. Admission: $7 per session; $15 all sessions. Children age 5 or younger admitted free. Home Team: The second team listed in each match is the designated home team.

M1: Providence vs. Silver Creek.

M2: Charlestown vs. Madison Consolidated.

M3: Salem vs. Scottsburg.

M4: North Harrison vs. Corydon Central.

M5: M1 winner vs. M2 winner.

M6: M3 winner vs. M4 winner.

Championship: M5 winner vs. M6 winner.
