Madison fell 12-0 in five innings to Columbus East in their home opener. Olympians push across 7 runs in top of fourth inning.

Carroll Co. over Owen Co. 8-5

Trimble Co. falls to Gallatin Co. 10-8. Wildcats Ethan Baker moved into a four-way tie for 2nd place in the KHSAA record book for most steals in a single game as Baker stole 7 bases against the Raiders. Record is 9 by James Napier (Buckhorn) vs. Red Bird, 1996

 

HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL:

Carroll Co. defeats Gallatin Co. 13-0 in five innings. Andrea Searcy struck out 15 batters for the Lady Panthers.
