Rebels were led in game one by  Matthew Williams with 25, Austin Kramer with 21, and Foster Mefford with 15.

Rebels loss in the championship game was the first regular season loss since falling to Madison in the JCIT on December 22, 2018. Southwestern opens the ORVC season on Friday at home against Shawe. Foster Mefford 24 points, Austin Kramer 20, Billy Eccles 13 for the Rebels.

 

Madison over Trinity Lutheran 88-66. Luke Miller leads Madison with 21 and Mason Welsh had 20. Cubs travel to Jennings Co. on Friday to open HHC play.

Switzerland Co. defeats Austin 62-50. Damian Breeck 32,  Landon Wilks 10 for Switzerland County. Pacers host Trimble Co. on Friday.

New Washington defeats Shawe 64-42. Henry Grote led Shawe with 14 points, Ethan Stuart had 12 points. Toppers open ORVC play on Tuesday at Jac-Cen-Del

 

HANOVER COLLEGE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Panthers fall 74-61 at Centre. Hanover was led in scoring by former Madison Lady Cub, Katie Hartman with 20 points. Panthers now 1-3 on the season open HCAC play on Wednesday at Franklin and play their first home game of the season next Saturday against Manchester.
