Area Sports Results From Monday, March 9th

HCAC Track Athlete of the Week, and Boys High School Basketball All-Sectional Team named.

Hanover College Athletics:

Congratulations to this week’s HCAC Track Athlete of the week, Hanover’s Kenna Hunter. This past weekend, Kenna garnered 3,294 points in the pentathlon, breaking the previous school record. This has her set to represent the Hanover Women’s Track and Field team as part of the NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Indoor Championships. The national meet is scheduled to begin this Friday, March 13th, with pentathlon events starting at 11:30AM.
