TENNIS:

The Southwestern Lady Rebels hosted the Madison lady Cubs on Wednesday and pulled out a 5-0 win. “Good win for us today vs a cross town rival. Syrenia, one dubs and two dubs played really solid tennis only giving up a combined four games.” Emma and Ava continue to just be very reliable spots for us as freshman. They both got started a little slow but continued to play smart and consistent to claim their 11th wins of the season. Autumn, Natalie, Kaylee and Raygan continue to improve as doubles partners and by sectional time will be tough to beat. Really proud of the girls for their hard work as I am not always easy to play for because I demand so much from them. Even with all of our youth they have bought into what we stand for as a team. Now 10-1 on the season we host Milan on Friday for Senior tonight. It will be great to honor our two Seniors Syrenia Hardy and Autumn Gross. Start time 4:45.
