Hanover College Honors Spring Sports Seniors. More Professional Sporting Events Canceled Due to COVID-19.

In Hanover College Athletics:

Hanover College, along with the HCAC continue to honor those spring sports seniors who had their seasons cut short due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. Today’s senior spotlight is on the men’s and women’s lacrosse teams. On the Men’s team, seniors being honored are: Dallas Fonner, Gabe Dzienny, Noah Dubrava, Eric Clay, and Andrew Trachtman. On the women’s team, seniors being honored are: Kinna Balasko, Sarah Todd, Tayia Davis, Meg Finn, Emma Boomshine, Laurel Atchison, Julia Long, and Anna Zumvorde.

In National Sports News:

Some more events being canceled due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.

UEFA has announced they are suspending all Champions League and Europa League matches until further notice.

Wimbledon has officially been canceled for the first time since World War II.
