Your Voices Were Heard, SR 56 Work Rescheduled

Moved to July 12th

Your voices have been heard. Many were asking why are they going to be doing work on SR 56 the week of the 4th of July with all the activities going on in Madison.

Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews planned to chip seal a 7¼-mile segment of State Road 56 from just beyond Madison’s east limits to Shirks Hollow Road at Brooksburg on Monday. Now INDOT has rescheduled  the work to July 12.

The fog seal to follow.
