Winter Weather Advisory In Effect Until 7:00 p.m. Tomorrow

Plan on slippery road conditions for morning and evening commutes.

(Madison, Ind.) – The National Weather Service out of Louisville has issued a winter weather advisory until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11.

Major winter storms are to impact central Kentucky with wintry precipitation to continue throughout the day on Thursday.

Total sleet and snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches with up to a tenth of an inch of ice accumulation is possible.

The areas affected as part of this advisory are Jefferson, Scott, Washington, and Orange counties.

Plan on slippery road conditions for morning and evening commutes.
