Wanted Subject Taken Into Custody By Jennings Co. Deputies Following Short Foot Pursuit

This incident occured on February 24.

(Jennings County, Ind.) – On February 24, the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office was able to complete an investigation involving the apprehension of a wanted subject, Thirld Adam Ross.

Deputies discovered that Ross was seeking refuge at a residence in Spencer Township and had attempted to elude law enforcement in the past.

Upon the arrival of deputies to the home in which Ross was staying, he attempted to flee the scene on foot, but was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.

Ross was wanted out of Jennings County on warrants for Probation Violation and Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Ross now faces new charges of Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of a Syringe.
