Two Scott Co. Officers Hurt Responding To Overdose Call

Deputy lost control

On Friday at approximately 11 PM Scott County Sheriff's Deputies were responding to a drug overdose where the subject was unresponsive and an on-scene deputy had requested assistance.

The responding deputy lost control of his police cruiser causing a crash with injury to himself and minor injury to the officer training with him.

 Both Officers should make a full recovery and be back to work soon.
