Two Killed, Two Seriously Injured Following A Late Night Accident In Erlanger, Ky.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.

(Erlanger, Ky.) - Two adults were killed and two children were taken to the hospital following a crash on I-71/75 in Erlanger Kentucky yesterday.

Police said they received a call around midnight, the caller told them a pickup truck could be deen driving all over the road, shortly after the caller reported that the truck collided with another truck inside a construction zone.

The driver of the truck Andrew McIntyre, 29, and passenger Ratasha McIntyre, 32, both of Carrollton were pronounced deceased at the scene.

A 1-year-old child was found inside of the car suffering from life threatening injuries, according to officials the child was not in a car seat. A 7-year-old child was found in the backseat of the vehicle suffering from serious injury.

Both children were taken to Cincinnati Children's hospital.

The driver of the construction truck was taken to St.Elizabeth Hospital for the treatment of minor injuries. He has since been released. 

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
