Tornado Siren Testing Beginning Today In Switzerland County

Siren testing will continue each month through September.

(Switzerland County, Ind) – The Switzerland County Sheriff’s office announced today that the tornado sirens throughout the area will be tested throughout the month.

Siren testing will begin today and will be tested the first Thursday of each month beginning at noon. If there is inclement weather, testing will be postponed until the following Thursday.

Siren testing will continue each month through September.
