(Carroll County, Ky.) – To help support the overall health care system in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, Three Rivers District Health Department (TRDHD) has joined forces with community partners.

This partnership is to help bolster existing efforts to manage the spread of the virus by providing drive-thru testing. Beginning Thursday, May 14, TRDHD will conduct drive-thru testing at Carroll County High School,1706 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

TRDHD’s drive-thru testing will not be taking the place of current testing at Triad Health Systems or Carroll County Memorial Hospital but rather lessen their burden and allow them to continue seeing all patients.

This opportunity is available to any Carroll County residents but by appointment only and is limited to 200-time slots. To schedule an appointment you can visit the Three Rivers website.

Appointments must be made by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13. An email account is required to utilize this scheduling link.

If you do not have an email account, you can call 502-732-6641.

“In partnership with our City and County Governments, Three Rivers is utilizing every resource at our disposal to keep our communities as safe and healthy as possible. Please take advantage of this opportunity to receive a COVID-19 test at no charge,” said DrPH Georgia Heise, Public Health Director.
