These arrests occurred on separate occasions.
(Carroll County, Ky.) – On Sunday, November 29, Carroll County Deputies arrested three on two separate occasions for possession of illegal drugs.
Two arrests stemmed from a traffic stop conducted by a Carroll County Deputy; the male driver was arrested for driving under the influence. He was also charged with possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The female passenger was also arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
The third arrest was made following a complaint of a driver passed out in a running vehicle in Ghent.
When deputies arrived on the scene, a roadside investigation led to the arrest of the driver for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.
