Three Arrested In Switzerland Co.

Two from Tennessee

On Tuesday afternoon, the Switzerland Co. Sheriff's Office Dispatch recieved a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 7000 block of N. SR 56. The caller advised that the vehicle was occupied and sitting in the driveway of their residence. The caller stated that the male driver appeared to be unconscious and that there were two other passengers, a male and female.

Deputies responded to the scene and upon arrival they make contact with the driver, 25 year old Dakota Sutton of Johnson City, TN. The passengers were identified as 28 year old Rachael Jester of Vevay and 55 year old Thomas Sutton of Johnson City, TN

All three subjects were arrested and the vehicle was impounded.

Thomas Sutton charged with possession of meth and syringe. Dakota Sutton charged with maintaining a common nuisance. Rachel Jester was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
