Three Arrest On Drug Related Charges

Ongoing Narcotics Investigation

                                        

August 19, 2022, Madison Police executed a narcotic search warrant on a residence in the 200 block of W. Sixth Street.  The warrant was obtained as the result of an ongoing narcotic investigation led by Officer Cameron Blankenship, Detective Kyle Cutshaw, Detective Shawn Scudder and Detective Ricky Harris.  

During the execution of the warrant, officers seized methamphetamine, various other narcotics, and  paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs.  

Three individuals were taken into custody as a result of the executed warrant, and face the following preliminary alleged charges;

Kayla A. Gray 28, Madison, Indiana -  possession of methamphetamine L-5 felony, possession narcotic drug level 5 felony, possession scheduled drug level 6 felony maintaining a common nuisance level 6 felony and possession of paraphernalia class A misdemeanor. 

Kennedy A. Gray 25, Madison, Indiana - possession of methamphetamine level 5 felony, possession of a narcotic drug level 5 felony, possession of a scheduled drug level 6 felony, neglect of a dependent level 6 felony, maintaining a common nuisance level 6 felony and possession of paraphernalia class A misdemeanor. 

Jonny R. Chambers 33, Milton, Kentucky - possession of methamphetamine level 5 felony, possession of narcotic drug level 5 felony, possession of a scheduled drug level 6 felony maintaining a common nuisance level 6 felony and possession of paraphanailia class A misdemeanor. 

Kennedy Gray, Kayla Gray and Jonny Chambers have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.  All charges are alleged.
