Switzerland Co. Sheriff Seeks Person(s) Responsible For Destroying Crops

(Vevay, Ind.) - The Switzerland County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on the recent destruction of property. 

According to Sheriff Brian Morton, on Saturday, October 3 sometime after dark, an unidentified person(s) drove through and destroyed a local farmer's crops. 

The damaged fields were located at Elam and Stowtown Road. 

“Our office, and the farmer, have zero tolerance for any destruction of property,” said Sheriff Morton.

The Switzerland County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in determining the responsible party.
