In the county park
On Monday, November 25, 2019 around noon, Carroll County Deputies responded to a complaint of suspicious persons at the county park.
Upon making contact with the subjects and conducting an investigation, drugs were located with a female.
Breanna Doyon, 28, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st degree, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Doyon was taken to the Carroll County Detention Center.
