Will raise awareness about the impact of sexual assault on communities
The Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs (KASAP) has produced a statewide documentary sharing powerful stories from sexual assault survivors that will air this week on KET. During Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, the documentary, “Believe Me – Help and Hope for Sexual Assault Survivors,” will raise awareness about the impact of sexual assault on communities and the resources available to help survivors in the Commonwealth.
KASAP is the statewide coalition of the 13 regional sexual assault programs that serve every county in Kentucky. The KASAP mission is to speak with a unified voice against sexual violence through education, advocacy, and prevention.
