Stark Returns To Carrollton Police Department

School resource officer at Cartmell Elementary

Officer Laman Stark, former Carrollton Police Chief and Clerk of the Circuit Court, was sworn in to the Carrollton Police Department Monday morning by Mayor Rob Adams.

Stark is serving as a school resource officer in the Carroll County School District and will be stationed at Cartmell Elementary. Stark brings the number of school resource officers in the district to four.
