Still a little bit of work to do

Good news for those who use SR 7, Dave O’Mara crews are nearing completion of the fourth and final box culvert along S.R. 7 in Jennings County.

S.R. 7 is now expected to reopen by end of day on Saturday, 11/2.

Crews are expected to install guardrail Friday and into Saturday if necessary.

The weather this week has caused delays.

Lane closures with flaggers will be in effect after reopening to complete the project.

All additional work is weather dependent.

Temporary pavement markings will be in place, with permanent striping coming after the road is reopened.
