Seven Arrested As Result Of An Ongoing Narcotics Investigation

All individuals have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty om the above stated alleged charges.

(Madison, Ind.) – On June 1, at approximately 7:30 a.m. the Madison Police Department arrested seven individuals at a residence on Blackmore Street in Madison.

A search warrant for the residence was obtained as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation led by Patrolman Brad Demaree of the Madison Police Department.

Officers arrested Carol J. Weaver, 58, of Madison for possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a common nuisance.

The following six individuals were present at the residence when the warrant was executed and charged with visiting a common nuisance;

  • Frank M. Hancock, 36, of Madison,
  • Steven Withrow, 43, of Carrollton,
  • Brooke Bayless, 20, of Madison,
  • Johnathan A. Lamb, 22, of Madison,
  • Roxanne L. Foster, 37, of Ghent, and
  • Samantha G. Law, 25, address unknown

Patrolman Demaree was assisted with the warrant service by Madison Police Officers Nicholson, Cutshaw, Smith, Perkins, Harris, and Wallace.  Jefferson County Chief Deputy Sheriff Josh Taylor, along with Jail Officers Tyler Dose and Jason Allen assisted with the transport.
