Scranton Pleads Not Guilty Following Child Solicitation Arrest

(Switzerland County, Ind.) - Yesterday the Switzerland County Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel L. Scranton, 40, of Bennington, Indiana. 

He was arrested after the conclusion of an investigation into social media usage. 

Scranton made his appearance in Switzerland Circuit Court today to answer for the charges of Child Solicitation (Level 5 Felony), and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor (Level 6 Felony). 

A not guilty plea was entered on Scranton's behalf and he is currently being held in the Switzerland County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
