Certificate of Appreciation for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office from the Marine Corps League.

Scott County-On Flag Day this past Monday June 14, 2021, Sheriff Jerry D. Goodin was honored to be presented a Certificate of Appreciation for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office from the Marine Corps League. The certificate was for loyalty and patriotism to our country by proudly displaying the United States Flag.

In the photo Sheriff Goodin is receiving the award from Commandant Phil Granger. Several Marine Corp League members, who are veterans of the United States Marine Corps also attended the ceremony.

Sheriff Goodin Commented “it is always an honor to be surrounded by veterans who he calls the true American Idols”.
