(Batesville, Ind.) – Safe Passage, Inc. has announced that its new and gently used purse auction will be moved to a new format this year but will still benefit the same amazing cause.

Handbags 4 Hope will be held virtually this year, and while this may not be the most ideal an online event means there will not be a ticket or admission fee.

The auction will allow for more than 50 purses, handbags, and totes to be up for bid, along with many local gift certificates.

The Kickoff event will be on Facebook Live from 10- 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 8. Auction bidding will begin during the Kickoff at 10:00 a.m. and will end on August 15 at noon.

Bids may be placed throughout the week.

You may view the purses either online through the Safe Passage Facebook page.

To register for the event, you can send an email to mmatingly@safepassageinc.org. More information will be released to those that register.
