The detour route will follow S.R. 56 and S.R. 156. Local access will be maintained to the point of closure.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced that they will be starting a slide repair project that will close S.R. 250 in Switzerland County.
This closure will begin on or after Wednesday, August 5, S.R. 250 will close just west of Patriot for two to three weeks.
During the closure, crews will stabilize 155 feet of roadway.
The detour route will follow S.R. 56 and S.R. 156. Local access will be maintained to the point of closure.
All work will be weather dependent.
