River Valley Resources Adding New Stops to Free Meal Program

The program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week until July 31.

(Madison, Ind.) – River Valley Resources has announced new stops to the free summer meal program.

The program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week until July 31.

Since their start on June 1, the program has already given meals 2,600 meals to the children of Jefferson County who are ages 18 and younger.

There are 14 sites where children and parents or guardians can receive meals. No identification is required by participants should only go to one site per day.

This program is USDA funded in cooperation with the Indiana Department of Education nutrition program and follows Civil Rights guidelines.
