Public Input Sought on Link 101

Materials available at project area locations

Vevay, IN (Jan. 23, 2023)The Link 101 Project Team is making it easy for residents to find out more information about the project and share their feedback. Project information and recent meeting materials are available at several locations in the area.

Link FormsResidents can review a project handout, complete a comment form and deposit the completed form at any of the sites. The materials will be available through Feb. 17.

The handout and comment forms are the same ones shared at a public meeting this month at Dillsboro Elementary School.

The comment form includes a project area map to allow residents to mark possible routes for consideration by the Project Team.

Link 101 will identify a selected alternative for an improved State Road 101 connection between the Markland Dam and US 50. A SR 101 extension will improve connectivity in southeastern Indiana and is expected to provide more direct access to I-71 and US 50.

About Link 101

Link 101 is examining an improved State Road 101 connection between the Markland Dam and US 50 in southeastern Indiana. A SR 101 extension is expected to provide more direct access to I-71 and US 50. The project area includes portions of Switzerland, Ohio, Dearborn and Ripley counties.

The project is in the environmental and preliminary design stage with a selected alternative expected in early 2026.
