Possible Wet Weather Postpones City Of Carrollton Trick Or Treating A Couple Of Days

Monday, October 28, 2019 at 4:39 PM

By City of Carrollton release

Moved to November 2nd

After continuing to watch the weather forecast for the past 2 days, the decision has been made to change trick or treating in the City of Carrollton to Saturday November 2nd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This is a decision that was based solely on children and families being able to enjoy themselves and drier conditions.

Please understand why the decision was made and know that it was a simple common-sense decision to benefit the most people.

The Carroll County School System will assist the City of Carrollton with the getting the word out by using the one call now out system.

We understand this decision could be a hardship for a few but we cannot control mother nature and are trying to do what's best for the majority in a positive way
