Possible Serial Rapist Case in Gallatin County

Investigation is ongoing and asking for others to come forward

                              

A Gallatin County man has been arrested  on multiple charges of rape, sodomy, strangulation, assault and kidnapping in what authorities are investigating as possibly a serial rape case.

the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office and Warsaw Police Department executed a search warrant in the 9000 block of KY 16 in Verona, Kentucky, and arrested 41-year-old Paul D. Snow Jr.

The charges are based on an active investigation and he is in the Carroll County Detention Center with no bond 

The initial charges include four counts of Rape, First Degree; two counts of Sodomy, First Degree; three counts of Strangulation, First Degree; one count of Assault, Second Degree; one count of Assault, Fourth Degree; two counts of Kidnapping with serious physical injury; two counts of Tampering with Witness; two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment, First Degree; and one count each of Terroristic Threatening, Third Degree, Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon, Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO and Possession of Marijuana.

Investigating officers say the investigation is ongoing and they are asking for others to come forward if they have information about additional crimes related to the case.

“These charges were filed because of multiple allegations from several different individuals, There is reason to believe there could be additional crimes that have been committed.
