Nurse Practitioner Vikki Conners moving to Hanover Medical Building

(Madison, Ind.) - King’s Daughters’ Health announces that Nurse Practitioner Vikki Conners, APN will be relocating to the Hanover Medical Building, 36 Medical Plaza, beginning Tuesday, October 6. Once the move occurs, patients may contact Vikki Conners’ office at (812) 866-3301.

Jennifer Mason, Director of Satellite Clinics for King’s Daughters’ Health, said KDH made the decision to relocate Ms. Conners to the Hanover office following the retirement of Dr. Laura Nutter. Vikki Conners, APN is a Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for a wide range of patients. In Hanover, Ms. Conners will be working with Dr. Thomas Barley, an Internal Medicine physician.

“Vikki continues to provide exceptional patient care,” Mason said. “She is well respected by her patients and she will be a great addition to the Hanover team. Vikki has been with KDH for many years and has served the community as a Nurse Practitioner since 2005.”
