Narcotics Investigation Leads to Three From Milton Ky Arrested

All three wanted on warrants

                                       

As part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, Detective Kyle Cutshaw, received information regarding the whereabouts of Robert A. Rowlett, 34, Milton, KY, who was wanted on a warrant from Jefferson County for battery resulting in injury to a pregnant woman. The information received indicated that Rowlett was currently staying in the 9000 block of U.S. 421 in Milton, Kentucky.   

On May 10, 2022 Patrolman Cameron Blankenship and Detective Cutshaw met with Trimble County Sheriff Charlie Kelton and Deputy Sheriff Mitchell, and advised them of Rowlett’s location. At the request of the Trimble County officers, Detective Cutshaw and Patrolman Blankenship assisted with the arrest of Rowlett. During the arrest, officers located Megan J. Montgomery, 32, Madison, IN, and Robert L. O’Neal, Simpsonville, KY, 24, both of whom were wanted on warrants. Montgomery's warrant was out of Jefferson County, Indiana for possession of a legend drug and possession of marijuana. O'Neal's warrants were issued out of Kentucky for fraudulent use of a credit card and tampering with physical evidence. Officers also located drug paraphernalia in plain view and Sheriff Kelton was granted a search warrant for the residence. During the execution of the search warrant, officers located approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine and various other narcotics. Additional charges and more arrests are expected as the result of this investigation
