Milton Fire & Rescue Assists Stranded Boat

There were no injuries involved in the incident.

(Milton, Ky.) - Crews with Milton Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the Ohio River today to assist a stranded boater. 

The rescue boat was able to locate the stranded boat that was broken down in the barge channel of the river, just upriver from the barge. 

The occupants from Lamb Indiana stated that their motor had stopped working. 

Crews assisted in getting the boat to the Madison boat dock and out of danger. 

There were no injuries involved in the incident.
