MCHS AVID students are working on several projects to help many in our community!
Today's project benefits the Jefferson County Animal Shelter. Students have placed donations in your school to collect items to help the shelter meet the needs of animals in their care. They are collecting laundry detergent, toys, and food for both cats and dogs. They will be collecting boxes this week on Wednesday and Thursday and will deliver all of the items collected to our local shelter.
As always, our students appreciate your support and they work to support others through the many service-learning projects!
