Prior Conviction for Drugs

The Madison Police Department arrested Robin L. Pursifull 42, Madison, Indiana, after executing a narcotic search warrant at her Walnut Street residence. The search warrant was obtained as the result of an ongoing narcotic investigation led by Detective Kyle Cutshaw, Detective Ricky Harris, and Patrolman Cameron Blankenship.
Officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia from Pusrifull's residence. Madison Police Officers Shawn Scudder, Aaron Watson, Briana Ashcraft, K-9 Colt, Trent Smith, Jared Sweet, Bruce Heaton, and John Wallace assisted with the investigation.
Robin L. Pursifull faces preliminary alleged charges of - possession of methamphetamine w/prior conviction L-5 felony, possession of paraphernalia class B misdemeanor, possession of marijuana class B misdemeanor and maintaining a common nuisance class B misdemeanor. Pursifull has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
