(Madison, Ind.) – The Salvation Army of Madison’s warming shelter is now open and accepting guests.
As the temperatures are continuing to drop, the warming shelter will be open to give those in need a place to stay along with a warm meal for the night.
The shelter will announce the days that they are open to help those in need.
Once at the warming shelter, check-in will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the front doors, dinner will begin at 8:00 p.m. for shelter guests, and doors will be locking at 10:00 p.m. at this time there will no longer be admittance for the night.
All guests must be checked out by 7:00 a.m. the next morning.
