Madison Police Department Make Six Drug Related Arrest

These arrests stem from traffic stops, in which narcotics were located in the vehicle, or on the accused.

(Madison, Ind.) – Between the dates of April 24 through April 28, officers with the Madison Police Department have arrested six people on drug-related charges.

These arrests stem from traffic stops, in which narcotics were located in the vehicle, or on the accused. Officers not only seized narcotics but other drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency as evidence.

Shawn Scudder, Adan Guzman, Josh Nolan, and Brad Demaree, were the investigating officers in these cases. The department K-9’s assisted with several of the arrests.

The following individuals were arrested on various drug-related charges:

Wade Schaum 46, Madison, Indiana

  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Dealing Marijuana

Corey A. Copeland 34, Madison, Indiana

  • Resisting Arrest
  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

Kaitlyn Long 27, Bedford, Kentucky

  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

Jason T. Spicer 34, Scottsburg, Indiana

  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Reckless Driving

Breanna Youngblood 29, Madison, Indiana

  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

Dax Youngblood  19, Madison, Indiana

  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

  All charges are alleged and each individual mentioned in this release has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
