Madison Police Arrest Four Individuals on Various Charges

At approximately 3:34 PM, Officer Cameron Blankenship conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Amy Jo Logsdon 41, Madison, Indiana.  Logsdon was operating the vehicle on a suspended drivers license, the follow-up investigation found Logsdon, and her passenger Venus L. Brown, 49, Madison, Indiana, to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Both Logsdon and Brown face preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine, L-6 felony.  

Amy Jo Logsdon and Venus Brown have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. Officers from the MPD and HPD assisted Officer Blankenship.

At approximately 7:22 PM Officer Cameron Blankenship conducted a traffic stop near Baltimore and Second Streets, for a traffic violation.  The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of vehicle occupants Ethan M. Cossell 22, Hanover, Indiana, and Nathan A. Elicio 19, Hanover, Indiana.  

Cossell was found to be in possession of a legend drug -L-6 felony.  Elicio faces a multitude of drug charges which include; dealing a narcotic drug L-4 felony,  2-counts possession of a narcotic drug L-6 felony and possession of a legend drug L-6 felony.  The dealing charge stems from the investigation, and the amount of narcotics Elicio had in his possession at the time of his arrest. 

Nathan A. Elicio and Ethan M. Cossell both have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.  Madison Police Officer Kyle Potter assisted Blankenship with the investigation.
