Madison Man Arrested on Narcotic Charges

Traffic Stop led to Arrest

May 19, 2022, Madison Police arrested Gregory Falconberry 53, on narcotic related charges.  Patrolman Curtis Shelpman executed a traffic stop on Falconberry's vehicle at Clifty Drive and Wilson Avenue, for a traffic violation.  Officer Ben Flint and his K-9 partner Meko assisted.  

At the direction of his handler, Meko conducted an open air sniff around the perimeter of Falocnberry's vehicle.  The K-9 gave his handler a positive indication for the presence of narcotics.  During the subsequent search, officers located methamphetamine and paraphanailia associated with the use of drugs. 

Gregory Falconberry was taken into custody without incident and faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony and possession of paraphernalia class C misdemeanor.  Falconberry has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.  Officer Graham Heffelfinger assisted as well.
