He was a passenger whom tried to conceal the drugs

June 30, 2022, Madison Police arrested Anthony T. Turner 54, Madison, Indiana, on drug related charges. Officers Curtis Shelpman and Graham Heffelfinger executed a traffic stop in the 500 block of Cragmont Street for a traffic violation, Turner was a passenger in the vehicle.
During the stop, officers observed Turner attempting to hide a crushed glass pipe. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and the crushed pipe, along with a white crystal substance was seized. The substance and crushed pipe tested positive as methamphetamine.
Anthony Turner was arrested and transported to the Jefferson County Jail, on alleged charges of; possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, obstruction of justice L-6 felony, and possession of paraphanailia class A misdemeanor. Turner has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
