Call for ART - Safe Space: Movement to Freedom
The Historic Eleutherian College, with a grant from the Indiana Arts Commission is sponsoring an art show and reception at the Madison-Jefferson County Public Library, Saturday, June 26th from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. COVID prevented us from having the Louisville Ballet perform an original work in conjunction with the art show at HEC - but COVID has given new meaning to “Safe Space: Movement to Freedom.”
Artists are invited to submit an original work on the theme.
Art can be dropped off at the library June 24-25, from 10:30 - 5 p.m.
Artist name, address and phone number should be attached on the back.
Cash prizes will be awarded.
Artwork can be priced for sale by the artist.
Enjoy this original dance by the Louisville Ballet - on video - until June 30th.
Consider your own safe spaces and how you are free.
