Madison-Jefferson Co. Animal Shelter Pets Of The Week

By Madison-Jefferson Co. Animal Shelter

Week of November 12th

I'm called "SAMMIE".

I'm a playful, little girl.
I'm a PUPPY and love everyone.
I'm friendly and VERY happy when I get to spend time with you.
I'm currently 9- to 11-months-old and only weigh 21 lbs. So, I'm going to stay a smaller dog.
They think I might be a Boston Terrier/American Bully mix.
I walk well on leash. Though I will need to learn not to jump on people.
I get along with other dogs and even cats. Though other four-legged members of the household should be ready to play with me.
I was skinny when I was brought to the shelter and am still gaining weight.
I was on my own for at least a week until a nice lady finally caught me and brought me here.

My coat is still filling back out too. I had a staph infection that I just finished antibiotics for and now I'm good to go.
My adoption fee is $30 plus the cost of my spay and rabies vaccination.

I'm "EDWARD".
I may look like a quiet kitty in my photo, but I'm part of a playful pair of KITTENS.
My brother, Jacob, and I would love to be adopted into a home together.
You won't regret adopting both of us because we're a hoot.
We're really playful and will include you in our games.

We're named after Edward and Jacob in the Twilight series.
There are times when we're jumping around that you would think we have supernatural powers.
If you don't know about Twilight, we would love to cuddle on your couch and catch a Twilight Marathon with you.
I'm an orange Tabby with white and Jacob is a Tuxedo cat. We're 5-months-old.
We are both POLYDACTYLS. I wonder if that's why we're so springy.
I'm $45 OFF my adoption and neuter fee courtesy of the shelter and the Jefferson County Humane Society.
When you adopt us both, we're $90 OFF total.
