My name is "JOY",
I am a playful girl who will keep you entertained.
I'm so full of "joy" that I'm downright spunky when I get to be out of my cage.
Feathers and feather toys are my favorites.
Then, after playtime, I will want to cuddle on your lap!
I tilt my head to show you that I'm listening when you talk to me.
I prefer people to other cats.
I will be okay if there are other cats in my new family, but give me a couple of weeks to settle in.
I'm a pretty, light-gray Tabby who is just 1-year-old.
I'm $45 OFF my adoption and spay fee courtesy of the shelter and the Jefferson County Humane Society.

I'm "WIGGLES",
My name suits me well! I am a pup with lots of playful energy and wiggles .
I'm quite a character and will make my new family laugh.
I like to explore and get into everything....don't be surprised if you find me standing on your kitchen table.
I have a cute grumble when you stop petting me.
No worries, my grumbles are just my way of talking!
I'm a Boxer mix who is extremely motivated by treats.
I already know sit and will learn other commands quickly to get those treats.
I also walk nicely on a leash.
If I get an afternoon walk here at the shelter, I'll keep my kennel clean overnight.
I have to meet other dogs in my house hold before adoption just to be sure we will get along.
They'll need to be ready for a big 1-year-old puppy who weighs 55 lbs.
I am overly curious about cats and seem to not like Doc (a shelter cat), so it's probably best to not have cats in my home.
My adoption fee is $30 plus the cost of my neuter and rabies vaccination.
