Kentucky's secretary of state isn't expecting a big turnout for next week's primary election.
Alison Lundergan Grimes said yesterday she expects less than 13 percent of Kentucky's nearly three-and-a-half-million registered voters to cast ballots.
Her projection is based on historical data and current absentee voting patterns.
The primary election is Tuesday.
