Lots of Drugs Found

Seymour -Yesterday, January 3, 2022, Master Trooper Randel Miller and K-9 Jinx conducted two traffic stops on I-65 in Jackson County, Indiana that led to the discovery of multiple types of illegal drugs.  Two out of state residents were arrested on numerous charges.

The first traffic stop occurred shortly before 11:00 am on I-65 Southbound near the 50 mile marker after Trp. Miller was passed by a Mercedes that was traveling near 100 mph.  During the stop, Trp. Miller deployed “Jinx” who alerted to the odor of illegal drugs in the vehicle.  Troopers located suspected heroin, cocaine, marijuana, and two firearms.  The driver of the vehicle, Tony C. Miller again deployed “Jinx” who alerted to the odor of illegal drugs coming from the vehicle.  During a search of the vehicle, troopers located suspected ecstasy, MDMA, LSD, psychedelic mushrooms, ketamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and over $600 in US currency.  The driver of the vehicle, Nabeel J.
