Jennings Co. Sheriff's Office Take Escaped Felon Into Custody

David Bowe into custody at a residence in the Country Squire Lakes Subdivision.

(Jennings County, Ind.) - On Saturday, December 12, the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office took David Bowe into custody at a residence in the Country Squire Lakes Subdivision.

Bowe was taken into custody on December 10, on an arrest warrant for a felony narcotics violation at his mother’s home in the County Squire Lakes subdivision. Bowe was properly handcuffed and placed into the patrol car when he escaped from the vehicle. 

The Jennings County Sheriff's Office on Friday put out a reward for information on Bowe's whereabouts. 

Bowe now faces additional charges of escape and theft. Bowe was taken to St. Vincent Jennings hospital for the treatment of dog bites he received from police canine Vampir during his arrest.
