Three arrests made in Jennings County.

(Jennings County, Ind.) - Jennings County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to combat the drug epidemic in Jennings County by making three more arrests.
On January 30, 2020, members of the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office and Federal Parole Agents conducted a home search on PR 675 North.
Officers found a large amount of Methamphetamine and cash during the search.
Homeowner, George Nichols, 65, of Butlerville, who is currently on federal parole, was taken into custody. Judy Nicolas, 58, of Butlerville was also taken into custody for her involvement.
Both are being held in the Jennings County Jail on a $6,255.00 bond.
Another arrest was also made on January 30.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., an arrest warrant was executed on Shey Richardson for five counts of dealing in a Narcotic Drug and five counts of Possession of a Narcotic Drug.
Richardson is currently being held in the Jennings County Jail without bond on several previous dealing and possession charges.
Jennings County Sheriff Kenny Freeman says he, “wants to ensure the citizens of Jennings County that the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office will continue to combat the drug epidemic in Jennings County and would like to warn the dealers that his deputies are coming for them.”
