(Jennings County, Ind.) – ON December 17, Jennings County Sheriff's Deputies went to an address on County Road 900 West to serve civil papers.
While attempting to serve the civil papers, a male subject who had an outstanding arrest warrant left the address in a vehicle. Deputies attempted to catch the vehicle but due to the unsafe road conditions, they were unable to catch up.
Deputies later located the unoccupied vehicle, on County Road 500 South.

During his arrest, Ross was found to be in possession of a handgun.
