Jennings Co. Man Arrested on Four Felony Counts for Crimes Against a Child

(Jennings County, Ind.) - On March 9, the Jennings County Sheriff's Office took Ruben Munoz-Salas, 37, of North Vernon into custody following allegations made against him by a  minor child. 

After a lengthy investigation into these allegations the Jennings County Sheriff's Office arrested Munoz-Salas on four charges of Child Seduction (Level 3 Felony), one count Child Molesting (Level 4 Felony), one count of Sexual Battery (Level 6 Felony), and one count Neglect of a Dependent (Level6 Felony).

Munoz-Salas was initially arrested in Seymour by the Seymour Police Department Officers, without incident, after Jennings County Deputies learned of the possible location where Muno-Salas could be found.

He was then transported to the Jennings County Jail, where he currently being held in without bond.
